Service Planner
The core focus of this role is to efficiently schedule and dispatch work to Service & Maintenance Engineers to enable timely completion of corrective and preventative maintenance visits in line with customer requirements and service schedules. you must demonstrate excellent customer service skills to your internal and external customers and possess excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.
Retrieve all telephone and e-mail messages, ensuring that they are responded to professionally and in a timely manner
Managing all accommodation requests for engineers within your region
Obtain all engineer qualifications required for site visits
Communicate efficiently with service engineers and service manager
Input corrective and preventative calls onto the service and planning system with a high level of accuracy
Logging calls on System and obtain detailed site information from clients in relation to service visits
To escalate to Service Managers any calls excessively further actioned for permanent resolution.
Ensure that all overdue or uncompleted calls are correctly actioned with rationale
Rebooking missed corrective and preventative visits and escalating any issues to line manager
Other adhoc office duties as and when required.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Demonstrate excellent communication skills both on the telephone and face to face.
Ability to work in a team and individually
Good attention to detail
Good geographical knowledge of UK Regions
Self motivated and encourage and promote a calm working environment
Demonstrate excellent time management skills
Experience in the use of planning would be advantageous
Computer skills – Word, Excel, be receptive to training on unfamiliar operating systems customer portal logging systems

Salary: Up to £23,000.00 per year
